Christmas is arriving very soon and everyone is getting ready for it. Unfortunately, because we had Hurricane Sandy late in October 2012, many people lost their homes and everything they owned. The victims of Hurricane Sandy are not going to have a house to decorate and celebrate Christmas. Currently, victims of the hurricane are still living in a shelter or in temporary residences.

To help victims of Hurricane Sandy, especially children who love Christmas, Interact & SADD clubs are on the process of helping them by conducting a Toy Drive at N. A. H. S.  Advisors of both clubs, Mrs. Fuller and Ms. McEntee, have been encouraging students to donate new, unwrapped toys for this worthy cause. Many teachers are also helping this toy drive by giving some sort of extra credit to students who participate and donate toys. It’s time to be a kid at heart again and buy some toys.
