Music’s biggest night took place once again in Los Angeles California. The Grammys is a night where all musical artists of all genres come together to admire their music. Older musicians are remembered, and newer musicians are welcomed to the Grammys. Many first time artists were welcomed to the Grammy hall of fame.

Alicia Keys, a fifteen time Grammy winner hosted the night. Camilla Cabello opened the night with her hit single, Havana. Many other artists performed such as Shawn Mendes and Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys and Post Malone.

The Grammys is also a time to remember honor musicians that have worked very hard to achieve their dreams of being successful in the music industry. That night, Dolly Parton and Diana Ross performed their hits. Dolly Parton performed with Katy Perry, Little Big Town, Miley Cyrus, and Kacy Musgraves. Jennifer Lopez also performed Motown hits as tribute to Smokey Robinson. All of the performers did a wonderful job.

Some artists that took home awards were Cardi B for Album and Record for the Year. Song of the Year went to Childish Gambino for This is America. Lady Gaga took home 3 Grammys that night, one of them was for her hit single, Shallow. Kacy Musgraves took home four Grammys that night, the same four Grammys that Taylor Swift won in 2010.
