N.A.H.S. has welcomed many new teachers this year. One of the lucky ones is Physics teacher, Mr. Patel. Mr. Patel came from Rutgers, New Brunswick. While he was at Rutgers, he majored in Physics and minored in Art History. He also has a degree in Science Education. He taught Physics at Rutgers for one year as well as Technology in Science Education for half a year.

Mr. Patel was also a student teacher at Hillsborough High school teaching the course that he currently teaches to N.A. students – Physics. Mr. Patel stated that he decided to become a teacher “because all people have the potential to learn, why not help them do it?” His expectations for his students this year and for the years to come are to progress and learn something that improves their lives, and in return continue to learn and help others.
