North Arlington has a winning team! The boys bowling team went the entire season undefeated and ended with a score of 18-0, highlighting the season by beating Lyndhurst’s bowling team for the first time in half a decade. This win gave the boys quite a boost of morale. Not only this, but the boys won both the Group 1 and Group 2 team championships at the Bergen County Championships. When asked by The Observer about his favorite moment during the season, Coach Farinola replied, “I would say when we beat Lyndhurst for the second time. Our first goal of the season was to win the league.”

Rahul Patel, a sophomore on the team, described what it was like on the night of the win, “It was the greatest feeling in the world. Teamwork brought us to the win because we motivated each other until the very end.” Overall, everyone is very proud of the boys bowling team, and we hope they succeed next year as well!
