The holiday season is around the corner and times are as stressful as ever. Soon everyone will start wrapping their presents for their family or friends. Wrapping presents is a task that may be stressful for many during this holiday season. In this article, I will give you easy-to-follow instructions on how to wrap gifts and after you read it, you will have the best-wrapped gifts! The following are the best steps for completing this task:
Before beginning to wrap your gifts make sure that you have wrapping paper, scissors, and tape all ready to go. Then, bring all your items to a large cleared surface, namely a kitchen or dining room table. After you have set up your holiday station, open your wrapping paper and put your gift in the middle. Next, take the paper and put it under the box. Make sure the grid lines on the paper are lined up. Then, estimate how much paper will be needed on the other side of the box.
Following, cut the paper in a straight line. Move the roll of wrapping paper over to the side to give yourself more room. Place the box again in the middle, and double-check if the grid lines are even. Accordingly, bring one side of the paper on the top of the box. Grab a piece of tape and put it on the box. Take the other side of the paper and do approximately an inch fold in half. Next, grab a piece of tape and stick it on. You will want to make that first initial fold to create a more seamless look.
Subsequently, create two small wings at the side of the box by folding the top flap down onto the side, beginning on one end. Level the two pieces out against the box. Make sure it’s flat with no creases; after double-checking, secure the paper with a piece of tape. On the other side, repeat the same steps. Finally, you have wrapped up your gift. Now you can put the final touches, such as a bow, ribbon, or gift tag. I hope you have learned how to properly wrap your gifts and impress your family and friends. Happy Holidays!
