If you take a ride down to Body Shop Fitness on Ridge Road any given day, you are sure to find Joe Abbazia there pumping some iron. It is safe to say that Joe definitely enjoys working out and dieting but that’s not all that he is about. Joe is a good student who maintains a 3.4 GPA and is enrolled in a few college credit classes. Joe has his eyes set on spending two years at Bergen Community College to prepare him for a transfer into New Jersey City University to focus on his major in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice.

When Joe isn’t working on his school work or working out, he enjoys managing his fantasy football team, hanging out with his friends and driving around in his 2008 Ford Focus. He lives his life by a motto he once heard, “regret nothing, and fear less.” Joe enjoys watching the American Pie movies and drinking his favorite drink, raspberry iced tea.
